The Next Chapter of Rodeo Werkz: Building an Auto Restyling Ecosystem

From real-world installation to professional training, charitable support, talent development, and career placement, we are building more than a school. We are building an ecosystem designed to create opportunities and develop the next generation of the Auto Restyling industry.

For years, Rodeo Werkz has operated on the front lines of the Auto Restyling industry. From PPF and window tint to vinyl wrap, color PPF, fleet graphics, ceramic coatings, and automotive protection, we work every day with real vehicles, real customers, and real-world installation challenges.

Along the way, we have watched this industry evolve.

But we have also seen one challenge that continues to limit the industry’s growth:

Talent

The industry does not lack great products. It does not lack demand.  What it lacks is a consistent pipeline of professionally trained installers who understand quality standards, craftsmanship, responsibility, and long-term career development. At the same time, there are young people across America with the ability, discipline, and ambition to build successful careers with their hands.

Many simply do not know if this career path exists. Some lack access to professional training, whether through an auto restyling school, a wrap school, or other hands-on programs. Some lack mentorship. Some lack financial resources to get started.

And sometimes, all a talented person is missing is one thing:

Their First Real Opportunity

We began to realize that the industry’s shortage of skilled talent and the lack of opportunities available to young people are not two separate problems. They can be connected through the same ecosystem.

Building a Complete Auto Restyling Ecosystem

The next chapter of Rodeo Werkz is not simply about opening another shop. And it is not simply about creating another training school. We are setting out to build what we believe can become America’s first fully integrated Auto Restyling ecosystem:

  • Real-World Installation
  • Professional Training
  • Charitable Support
  • Talent Development & Placement
  • Industry Ecosystem

Each part creates value for the next.

Real-World Installation

Real-world operations are the foundation of the entire system. Techniques, processes, efficiency, quality standards, and problem-solving should first be proven in an actual commercial environment. We believe meaningful professional education should not exist only inside a classroom. It should come from real vehicles, real projects, real standards, and real responsibility.

Professional Training

Our goal is to transform proven, real-world installation knowledge into a structured and professional training system. Over time, that training can include PPF training, window tint training, and vinyl wrap training, alongside other disciplines across the Auto Restyling industry:

  • PPF Installation
  • Window Tint
  • Vinyl Wrap
  • Color PPF
  • Fleet Graphics
  • Ceramic Coating
  • Surface Preparation
  • Production Technology
  • Shop Operations

But our goal is not simply to teach someone how to install film.

We want to create a genuine career pathway, where PPF certification and other forms of installer certification can help demonstrate real skills:

Learn → Train → Certify → Work → Grow

  • Learn the craft
  • Train in a professional environment
  • Demonstrate real skills
  • Enter the workforce
  • Continue growing

Someone with little or no industry experience should have a clear path to becoming a professional installer.

Charitable Support: Making Opportunity More Accessible

One of the most important parts of this ecosystem will be developing a charitable initiative focused on expanding access to professional training.

Because we believe: Talent should never be limited by the ability to pay for an opportunity.

  • Not every young person needs to follow the same traditional four-year college path.
  • Some are builders
  • Some are technicians
  • Some are craftsmen

Some discover their potential only when they are given the opportunity to create something with their own hands.

For many of these people, ability is not the problem. Access is.

Our vision is to work with charitable and industry partners to provide qualified, motivated individuals with access to automotive scholarships and other forms of support:

  • Scholarships
  • Professional Training
  • Tools
  • Mentorship
  • Career Opportunities

The purpose is not simply to provide free training.

The purpose is to help someone develop the ability to create a future for themselves. Give someone support, and you may help them today. Give someone a real skill, and you may change the trajectory of their next ten years.

That belief can be summarized in three words:

Skill Creates Opportunity

We Are Not Building This Only for Rodeo Werkz. This is one of the most important principles behind the entire vision. If this system exists only to recruit and train employees for Rodeo Werkz, then it is ultimately just an internal training program. That is not our goal.

Our Goal

Our goal is to develop talent for the entire industry, including people seeking installer jobs beyond Rodeo Werkz. A young person entering this ecosystem should be able to receive professional training, build a portfolio, demonstrate their skills, and enter the broader job market.

  • They may eventually work for Rodeo Werkz.
  • They may join another great Auto Restyling shop.
  • They may work for a dealership.
  • They may join a fleet graphics company.
  • They may become part of a manufacturer’s network.

And one day, they may build a company of their own. A healthy talent ecosystem should not lock people into one company. It should give people the skills and opportunities to choose their own future.

From Training to Career Placement

Graduation should not be the end of the system. It should be the beginning of a career. Over time, we envision building a dedicated Certification & Talent Network for the Auto Restyling industry.

An installer could develop a professional profile that includes:

  • Training history
  • Skill levels
  • Certifications
  • Portfolio work
  • Areas of specialization
  • Professional experience

Employers looking for skilled installers could then connect with people who have received structured training and demonstrated their abilities. That could help connect qualified candidates with installer jobs across the industry.

For the student, the journey becomes more than a course: Training → Certification → Employment → Career.

For employers, the candidate becomes more than someone who simply says, “I know how to install.” They become a professional with documented training, demonstrated skills, and a portfolio of real work.

Bringing the Industry Together

If this ecosystem is going to create meaningful long-term value, it cannot depend on Rodeo Werkz alone. We want the broader industry to participate. Manufacturers can contribute materials, technology, and training resources.

Equipment companies can support students with professional tools and technology. Experienced installers can become mentors. Auto Restyling shops, dealerships, and related businesses can provide career opportunities.

Companies and individuals can help sponsor promising students through charitable programs. And one day, people who received an opportunity through this ecosystem may return to help the next generation begin.

That is when a true cycle begins:

  • Industry supports education
  • Education creates opportunity
  • Opportunity develops talent
  • Talent strengthens the industry.

A stronger industry creates more opportunity.

That is what we mean by a: Fully Integrated Ecosystem.

The Industry Needs More Than Better Products

The Auto Restyling industry continues to evolve rapidly.

  • Film is improving
  • Equipment is improving
  • Software is improving
  • Vehicle technology is improving

But the next generation of this industry cannot be built on better products alone. The next generation of this industry will be built by people.

  • Are installers receiving professional training?
  • Do they have a clear career path?
  • Are young people entering the industry?
  • Are talented professionals staying in the industry?
  • Can businesses consistently find qualified people?

Better materials alone cannot answer those questions. The industry needs stronger talent infrastructure. And that is what we want to begin building.

Starting in Dallas. Built for Something Bigger.

Dallas will be where we begin, with the long-term vision of a PPF school Dallas students and industry partners can help shape.

Because it gives us something incredibly important:

  • Reality
  • Real shops
  • Real vehicles
  • Real customers
  • Real installation environments
  • Real quality standards

And real demand for skilled talent.

Before thinking about large-scale expansion, our priority is to build the fundamentals correctly:

Curriculum · Training Standards · Certification · Charitable Support · Industry Partnerships · Talent Placement · Measurable Student Outcomes

Our goal is not to open as many training schools as possible, as quickly as possible, or to offer car wrap classes and tint classes without the standards to support them.

  • Our goal is to first build a system that works.
  • A system that develops skilled people.
  • A system that creates career opportunities.
  • A system that earns the trust of the industry.

And eventually: A system that can be replicated without losing its standards. Dallas can be the beginning. But the vision should not end with one city.

The Next Chapter of Rodeo Werkz

For years, we have asked ourselves:

  • How can we build a better Auto Restyling company?
  • Better installations
  • Better processes
  • Higher standards
  • Better service

But as we continue to grow, we have started asking a much bigger question: How can everything we have learned create opportunities for more people?

That question changes the direction. Because when the goal changes from building a better shop to helping more people enter an industry, the system you need to build changes with it. From one shop, to a training platform.

From developing our own employees, to developing talent for an entire industry. From solving today’s labor challenges, to building a pathway for the next generation of installers. From business, to education, to opportunity, and ultimately to an industry that helps develop its own future.

This is the next chapter of Rodeo Werkz.

Moving to the Next Level

Sometimes, if we continue searching for answers at the same level, we may never find the solution we are looking for. When the industry cannot find enough skilled installers, we can keep searching for installers.

Or:

  • We can start developing them.
  • When young people lack opportunity, we can acknowledge the problem.

Or:

  • We can start creating opportunities.
  • When different parts of an industry remain disconnected, we can continue adapting to the status quo.

Or:

  • We can connect them.
  • That is why we are taking this step.

Real-World Installation ♻️ Professional Training ♻️ Charitable Support ♻️ Talent Development & Placement ♻️ Industry Ecosystem

This is not simply a training school. It is not simply a charitable initiative. And it is not simply another expansion of Rodeo Werkz. It is the beginning of our effort to build a more complete future for the Auto Restyling industry.

Our goal is not simply to train more installers. We’re building a pathway into the Auto Restyling industry, and the infrastructure to support the people who will shape its future.
